  • Our subscription plan requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. After that, it’s month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel before the 12-month period ends, you’ll be required to pay the remaining balance for the contract. Please note that if you cancel, the website remains with us—this ensures the sustainability of our business and continued support for all our clients.

  • Payments are expected within 7 days of the due date. If payment is not received within this period, a $25 late fee will be applied. For subscription plans, if multiple payments are overdue for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the website. We pride ourselves on being flexible and understanding, and we’re always willing to offer assistance when needed. However, if there’s no communication or response to our outreach, we must take necessary steps to ensure fair compensation for our time and effort.

  • Right now, we are simply using Venmo to handle all our payments. However, we are in the process of moving to email invoices via Square that will facilitate payments in the future.

  • Yes, subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis after the 12-month minimum. It generally takes us 2-3 years to earn the same amount as we would from a lump sum payment, so we aim for long-term relationships, ideally lasting 5 years or more, to make this model financially sustainable. By that time, your website will be generating more than $175 in value each month, essentially paying for itself. We hope our clients continue to see the value in our ongoing work and support us so we can continue delivering high-quality service.

  • Yes, of course! We offer a $50 per month subscription add-on for unlimited edits and support, with a 12-month minimum commitment. This service cannot be turned on and off intermittently. If you choose to end it and later want to reinstate the service, you'll need to commit to another 12-month period.

  • The main difference between the two options is short-term versus long-term costs. With the subscription package, you'll pay more over time, but the monthly payments are small and manageable. Plus you will always have the ongoing 24/7 support. The lump sum package allows you to pay everything upfront, saving money in the long run since the design and development are covered right away. When choosing between the two, it comes down to your cash flow and priorities. If you prefer lower upfront costs and ongoing service, the subscription is the better option. If you’d rather pay once and save over time without needing monthly services like unlimited edits and 24/7 support, the lump sum plan is package for you.

  • Yes and no. SEO consists of two parts: On-page and Off-page. On-page SEO includes elements on your site, such as content, load times, accessibility, and structure. Off-page SEO involves external factors like link building, guest posting, and citations. We include some on-page SEO in our packages, such as fast load times, minimal link building, accessibility features, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap generation, and content creation. However, SEO is an ongoing process that can go WAY beyond these basics. For professional, in-depth SEO services, we would have to discuss on a per-customer basis how to achieve this.

  • NO.... JUST KIDDING! You will always retain ownership of your domain. We don't take hostages!
